The University of Aarhus in Denmark has a part-time Master’s degree in Animal Welfare Assessment. This post-graduate training is aimed at Animal welfare inspectors employed by regulatory authorities and other professionals working with animal welfare, veterinary services, agriculture, livestock production, food systems, research, advisory services, government agencies, and NGOs.

The course combines online learning with in-person seminars. Deadline for applications is 15 November 2026.
