The past year has been highly productive for EURCAW Ruminants & Equines. We published 16 documents as part of our work programme: five Questions to EURCAW (Q2Es), four thematic factsheets, three indicator factsheets, three scientific reviews and one one Inspector@Work article. These outputs addressed key animal welfare topics such as calf feeding, calf housing, and thermal comfort, as well as issues raised by Competent Authorities through our Q2E service. Our factsheets are available in several EU official languages, with further translations to follow. We also completed the first year of our 2025-2027 work programme. This new phase has introduced expanded activities, including strengthened collaboration with other EURCAWs, notably through a co-design workshop for a novel inspection tool. In addition, we conducted our first roadshow and delivered our first tabletop training exercise.
